PT KEMENANGAN is a manufacturing and trading company specialized in marine – related products and equipments, such as rubber fender, mooring buoy, and light buoy. Other field of expertise is dredging, and meteorological. Beside marine fender, the KEMAN RUBBER division also produces other products such as bearing pad and industrial hoses.

PT KEMENANGAN was established in 1954 in Jakarta, as a national trading company specializing in the geophysical and meteorological instruments and marine-related products and equipments.Since then the company has grown and now occupies 35,000 square metres workshop with large production facilities in Cileungsi, a suburb 60 km from Jakarta.PT Kemenangan always concerned to put product quality as a top priority, and as result of its continuous effort, in 2001.
PT Kemenangan achieved international quality standard by obtaining certificate: ISO 9001:1994 and I Q Net, issued by: KEMA Registered Quality, BV. The ISO certificate has been renewed in 2003 and 2008. The current certificate is ISO 9001: 2008, which is issued by: SAI Global Certification Pty Ltd., with Certificate No: QEC21691.

In addition to maintaining and improving product quality and service, PT Kemenangan also cares about health, safety and environment, achieving the following certificates issued also by: SAI Global - Certification Pty Ltd in 2009:

• International Standard of Health and Safety, OHSAS 18001: 2007 with Certificate No: OHS20668
• International Standard of Environmental Management System, ISO 14001: 2004 with Certificate No: CEM20992.

As a marine supplies company, PT Kemenangan joins :

• IALA (International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities) an Industrial Member. since 1992. PT Kemenangan is the first and the only private company in Indonesia to become industrial member of IALA.
• PIANC (Permanent International Association of Navigation Congresses), the world association for Waterbourne Transport Infrastructure, as an Industrial Member, since 2006

KEMAN Light Buoy can be made from steel, PE (Polyethylene), or GRP (Glass-Reinforced Plastic).
It includes all the structural components, such as top mark, day mark, tower structure, radar reflector, rubber fender, and anodes.
Accessories such as lantern and solar panel are sold separately.
Available in green, red, yellow, black, or any other custom color. 
Size can be made according to standard regulation (2.2 meter diameter) or customer’s request.

Marine lanterns to mark buoys, channels, bridges, barges, docks and offshore structures.Maximum visibility up to 12 nautical mile.Available in white, green, red and yellow.Light source is available in incandescent bulbs or LED.Batteries and solar panels are sold separately.

This radar transponder transmits Morse code to radar pulse and marks its trace on the radar display for accurate identification and positioning

KEMAN glass-reinforce plastic (GRP) Tower can be installed at ports or harbors to support aids to navigation, such as lantern and racon.

Highest quality of steel cast anchor. Available in different size and holding capacity. Designs include danforth, flipper delta, stockless and many others.

KEMAN Bollards are available in bitt, harbor, R-type, and staghorn design.  Maximum holding capacity up to 200 ton of load. Available in cast iron or cast steel material.

KEMAN Mooring Buoy is made from mild steel with diameter ranging from 2 to 5 meter, or even larger . Available in different shapes, such as barrel, peg-top, cylindrical, or custom design.  Accessories such as fenders, manholes, bollards, partitions, compartments, etc can be made according to customer’s requirement.Beside Mooring Buoy, PT Kemenangan also produces Chain Support Buoy and Pick-up Buoy with various shape and size. These buoys have elastomer skin and closed cell Polyethylene foam, making it very durable yet lightweight.
